Dr. Mustafa Murad

Dr. Mustafa Naga Mustafa Ahmed Murad is a distinguished professor and lecturer specializing in Public International Law and Criminal Law, with extensive expertise in International Criminal Law and Human Rights. He earned his Ph.D. in Public International Law from the Faculty of Law at Menoufia University in 2022, graduating with excellent honors (Grade A), reflecting his strong academic commitment and scientific excellence in his specialized field.

Dr. Mustafa combines both academic knowledge and practical experience. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Menoufia University (2013), alongside diplomas in Private Law and Public Law obtained in 2012 and 2013, respectively. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Police Studies from the Police Academy in Cairo in 2011, providing him with a comprehensive and balanced understanding of law from both theoretical and applied perspectives.

Since 2018, Dr. Mustafa has been actively involved in legal education at the Police College, initially serving as an assistant lecturer in the Department of Criminal Law. In 2020, he was promoted to lecturer in both the Public International Law and Criminal Law departments, a position he currently holds. Beyond the university, Dr. Mustafa also contributes to legal education and training as a lecturer in International Human Rights Law at the Higher Institute of Engineering and Information Technology in Menoufia. Furthermore, he lectures at the Bar Association’s Legal Institute in Menoufia Governorate.

Dr. Mustafa is proficient in computer skills including Excel and Word, and he possesses a good command of the English language, which supports his engagement with international legal research and participation in academic conferences.

Known for his dedication to curriculum development and scientific research, Dr. Mustafa strives to advance legal knowledge among students and professionals alike. His extensive teaching experience across various educational and legal institutions establishes him as a key reference in his fields of expertise.
