Dr. Hani Abdelbary Abdelhamid Yehia

Dr. Hani Abdelbary Abdelhamid Yehia is an Assistant Professor of Law and a senior legal researcher with extensive experience in both the academic and professional legal fields. He was born on January 1, 1979, in Deir Mawas, Minya Governorate, Egypt. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Assiut University in 2001 with a “Good” grade, marking the beginning of a distinguished academic and professional journey.

Dr. Hani pursued his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, Beni-Suef University, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Public Law in 2009. He also completed a Diploma in Administrative Sciences (2002), and a Diploma in Public Law (2003). Further enhancing his academic credentials, he earned a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration in 2018, strengthening his specialization in arbitration and legal dispute resolution.

Professionally, Dr. Hani has served as a Senior Legal Researcher at the Presidency of Deir Mawas District and City since 2007, within the specialized group of legal professionals. In this role, he has provided legal consultation, supported institutional decision-making, and contributed to the application of law in public administration.

In addition to his academic and professional expertise, Dr. Hani has developed strong linguistic and technical competencies. He holds a TOEFL ITP certificate from AMIDEAST Egypt, and has also obtained the International Computer Driving License (ICDL), reflecting his proficiency in technology and research-related digital tools. Moreover, he has participated in advanced training programs, including the Scientific Mobility Enhancement Course at the Scientific Research Development Unit – Beni-Suef University (2018).

Throughout his career, Dr. Hani has successfully combined academic scholarship with practical legal experience, positioning himself as a committed scholar and practitioner.
