Dr. Otmane Sailoum

Dr. Otmane Sailoum is a distinguished researcher and academic specializing in Public Law and Political Science. He earned his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Mohammedia at Hassan II University in 2021, with a solid academic background including a Master’s degree in Constitutional and Political Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Legal and Political Studies. Dr. Sailoum currently serves as the Chair of the Scientific Committee at the Sahara Center for Humanities and Social Studies in Laayoune and is a founding member of the Center’s academic board, actively contributing to the advancement of research in the humanities and social sciences.

Dr. Sailoum possesses extensive experience in both academic and professional domains. He holds several scientific memberships, including the Scientific Committee of the Sahara Association for Intellectual and Cultural Openness and the Cadi Ayyad Center for Humanities and Legal Studies in Marrakech. Additionally, he is a member of the International Federation of Trainers at the International Achievement Academy in Malaysia. His scholarly output is prolific, encompassing numerous books and dissertations that enrich legal and political thought. Notably, his doctoral thesis, which explores the Moroccan religious field from an organizational and administrative perspective, received a recommendation for publication. He has also authored significant works on the 2011 Constitution and religious politics in Morocco, alongside a literary novel reflecting his interest in cultural and humanistic dimensions.
