Professor Dr. Abdel Hamid Hussein

Professor Dr. Abdel Hamid Mohamed Abdel Hamid Hussein, born on February 3, 1968, is a distinguished academic in the field of International Criminal Law. He obtained his Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) in 1993, followed by a Master’s degree in Law in 1996. In 2010, he earned his Ph.D. in Law on February 8, with a dissertation titled “The International Criminal Court: A Study of the Evolution of International Criminal Justice and the Court’s Statute in Light of Contemporary International Law.” He was awarded the degree with very good honors with distinction, and his dissertation was recommended for exchange with other universities—a testament to its academic excellence.
Currently, Dr. Hussein serves as an Associate Professor at Beni Suef University, Egypt. He possesses extensive experience in teaching a wide range of legal and interdisciplinary subjects, including:
